Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ErpCep, a business messaging and automation service (the "Service") operated by AVE Bilgi Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi ("AVE", "we", "us"), a company registered in Türkiye. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
ErpCep enables businesses to manage customer communication through messaging channels, including the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. The Service allows our clients to connect their own business messaging accounts, send and receive messages with their customers, and automate responses through chatbot functionality.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
The Service is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Use of Meta and WhatsApp Platforms
Parts of the Service rely on APIs and data provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. By using the Service, you agree to also comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the Meta Platform Terms, and all applicable messaging policies. You may only message customers who have given the required consent (opt-in) to be contacted.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: send spam or unsolicited messages; distribute unlawful, misleading, or harmful content; violate the privacy or rights of others; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the policies of Meta.
5. Data and Privacy

6. Fees
Certain features of the Service may be offered under paid subscription plans. Applicable fees, billing periods, and payment terms are communicated at the time of purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by AVE Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. and protected by applicable laws. Content and data belonging to your business remain your property; you grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Service on your behalf.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including interruptions caused by third-party platforms such as Meta or WhatsApp.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

Kullanım Şartları (Özet)
Bu Kullanım Şartları, Türkiye'de kurulu AVE Bilgi Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi ("AVE") tarafından işletilen ErpCep işletme mesajlaşma ve otomasyon hizmetinin ("Hizmet") kullanımını düzenler. Hizmeti kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Hizmet ve Kullanım
ErpCep; işletmelerin WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) dahil mesajlaşma kanalları üzerinden müşteri iletişimini yönetmesini sağlar. Hizmet yalnızca ticari kullanım içindir; 18 yaşından büyük ve işletmeniz adına yetkili olmalısınız. Yalnızca iletişim için gerekli onayı (opt-in) vermiş müşterilere mesaj gönderebilirsiniz ve Meta / WhatsApp politikalarına uymayı kabul edersiniz.
Yasaklı Kullanım
Spam veya istenmeyen mesaj gönderimi; hukuka aykırı, yanıltıcı veya zararlı içerik dağıtımı; başkalarının haklarının ihlali ve sisteme yetkisiz erişim girişimi yasaktır. Bu şartları ihlal eden hesaplar askıya alınabilir veya sonlandırılabilir.
Sorumluluk ve Uygulanacak Hukuk
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur; AVE, Meta/WhatsApp gibi üçüncü taraf platform kesintileri dahil dolaylı zararlardan yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde sorumlu değildir. Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir ve uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
