ErpCep is a business messaging service operated by AVE Bilgi Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi ("AVE"). ErpCep uses the WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta APIs to help businesses communicate with their customers. In connection with this service, we may process data such as business account information, contact details (e.g., name and phone number), and message content exchanged through connected messaging channels.

If you would like your personal data to be deleted from our systems, you can submit a deletion request using either of the methods below.

How to request deletion of your data

  1. Send an email to avebtmarketing@hotmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. In your email, include the phone number and/or email address associated with your data, and the name of the business you interacted with (if known), so we can locate your records.
  3. We will verify your request and delete all personal data associated with you from our systems within 30 days.
  4. Once the deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation email.
Alternative: If you connected your Facebook or WhatsApp Business account to ErpCep, you can also disconnect the app from your Meta account settings ("Business Integrations" / "Apps and Websites"). Disconnecting stops further data access; to have previously collected data erased as well, please additionally send us a deletion request as described above.

What is deleted

Upon a verified request, we delete personal data associated with you, including account and contact information and stored message data, except for records we are legally required to retain (for example, invoicing records under Turkish tax law). Any data retained for legal purposes is kept only for the legally required period and is not used for any other purpose.

ErpCep, AVE Bilgi Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi ("AVE") tarafından işletilen bir işletme mesajlaşma hizmetidir ve WhatsApp Business Platform ile Meta API'lerini kullanır. Kişisel verilerinizin sistemlerimizden silinmesini istiyorsanız, aşağıdaki yöntemle talep oluşturabilirsiniz.

  1. avebtmarketing@hotmail.com adresine "Veri Silme Talebi" konusuyla e-posta gönderin.
  2. E-postanızda; verinizle ilişkili telefon numarası ve/veya e-posta adresini ve (biliyorsanız) etkileşimde bulunduğunuz işletmenin adını belirtin.
  3. Talebinizi doğrular ve size ait tüm kişisel verileri 30 gün içinde sileriz; ardından size onay e-postası göndeririz.

Facebook/WhatsApp Business hesabınızı ErpCep'e bağladıysanız, uygulamayı Meta hesap ayarlarınızdan ("İşletme Entegrasyonları") da kaldırabilirsiniz; ancak geçmişte toplanan verilerin silinmesi için yukarıdaki talebi ayrıca iletmelisiniz. Yalnızca Türk vergi mevzuatı gibi yasal olarak saklanması zorunlu kayıtlar (ör. faturalar) yasal süre boyunca saklanır ve başka amaçla kullanılmaz.
